At Net Age, we understand the value of experience. We understand its importance at the beginning of your career and how it can shape your ability to find yourself in your dream job, or your dream job interview.
We’ve listened to the frustrated inexperienced job seekers that can’t seem to gain experience without having experience. We know that talent and passion needs to be nurtured and recognised, and we realised that we needed to do our bit in identifying the talent and recognising that potential is only limited by opportunity.
To get experience, you first need an opportunity. We want to help build careers and the industry, but most importantly, we want to build people. We believe in giving people opportunities to build their own careers by gaining industry experience.
It’s from this realisation that the Fire Breathing Digital Duck program was born.
