Sales Executive – RetailX
Spearhead the adoption of a revolutionary e-commerce intelligence platform.
We’re looking for a driven and strategic Sales Executive to spearhead RetailX adoption among leading e-commerce retailers.
You’ll work directly with founders, performance marketers, and product teams to demonstrate how RetailX can drive better pricing decisions and improve shopping campaign results.
If you understand e-commerce and love helping businesses grow through smart tech and data, this role is for you.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital sales.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales process, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals.
- Experience selling online via Meet, with confidence in presenting remotely.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce.
- Understanding of online advertising environments, particularly Google Shopping and campaign mechanics.
- Ability to speak the language of e-commerce founders, marketers, and decision-makers.
- Ability to confidently present dashboards and insights.
- Comfortable handling questions on the spot and tailoring messaging in real time.
- Strong written communication skills — capable of writing clear, persuasive emails and client-ready proposals.
- Excellent listening and questioning skills to uncover client pain points and craft relevant solutions.
- A passion for continuous learning, staying updated on digital and e-commerce trends.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools to track pipeline, activity, and performance.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and hit targets.
- Passion for data, e-commerce growth, and helping clients scale through smart, scalable solutions.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with online retailers, e-commerce marketers, and agencies who will benefit from RetailX.
- Conduct personalised product demos focused on the RetailX dashboard, price comparison insights, and shopping campaign optimisation tools.
- Translate client pain points into clear ROI-driven use cases for RetailX.
- Educate prospects on how RetailX helps improve Google Shopping campaigns, reduce wasted ad spend, and increase margins.
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline using a CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to feed back insights and improve onboarding and retention.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
