1) Commencement, Duration & Termination
1.1) Your agreement with Net Age for MeetPAT begins when you sign your quote, and continues until such time as either party cancels the agreement.
1.2) The physical or electronic signature of the quote represents a binding agreement with MeetPAT and your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
1.3) The agreement can be cancelled at any time, as long as the account is up to date. Packages billed monthly can be cancelled without notice. (Please note that unused days of the billing period in which cancellation occurs are not prorated.)
1.4) Access to the system, and all associated reporting data, will be revoked once cancellation is in effect.
1.5) In addition to these terms and conditions, the user is similarly bound by the MeetPAT Terms of Use.
2) Fees, Invoicing & Payments
2.1) You will be invoiced pro-rata at sign-up for the month in which you receive access to the account, and recurring monthly thereafter.
2.2) Recurring invoices are sent out between the 21st and 25th of each month.
2.3) Payment is due by the 7th of the following month.
3) Use & Functionality
3.1) MeetPAT generates a visualisation of an uploaded contact list demographics based on data retrieved from consumer database providers.
3.2) The system allows the user to create custom audiences from that visualisation, and integrates with both Google and Meta advertising platforms to enable direct upload of custom audiences.
3.3) MeetPAT is provided as is, and any use of or reliance on the data supplied thereby to carry out strategic decisions is entirely at the risk of the user.
3.4) MeetPAT makes every effort to ensure the displayed data is accurate as of the most recent available records.
3.5) While every effort is made to retrieve accurate data as per 3.4 above, all decisions based on such data are solely the responsibility of the client, and MeetPAT accepts no liability for inaccurate data, or decisions and / or actions based on such data.
4) Privacy & Security
4.1) All data is collected from POPIA Compliant, audited, data providers.
4.2) Uploaded data is anonymised, encrypted and irretrievable.
4.3) Unmatched data is discarded and retained data is encrypted on a secure storage infrastructure.
4.4) No personally identifiable data can be read, retrieved from or accessed via the system.
4.5) Access credentials and access to the system and client / reseller account are the responsibility of the user. MeetPAT accepts no responsibility for credentials shared with any third party and giving third parties access to your account is at your own risk.
4.6) All data is hosted on Amazon Web Service. As such MeetPAT is governed by the terms of their storage solution agreement, and utilises the existing AWS storage architecture in order to secure the stored data.
4.7) All information submitted to the system is treated as confidential and proprietary, and will never be shared with any 3rd party unless required by law.
4.8) While every effort is made to ensure the security and privacy of all data supplied by the client, MeetPAT cannot accept any liability for the failure or compromise of any system or provider on which MeetPAT relies
5) General Terms
5.1) If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such finding shall not affect the remaining provisions.
5.2) No indulgence granted in respect of these terms represents a waiver of the terms, nor does it reduce the enforceability of any of the terms on which indulgence was granted.
5.3) If any of these terms becomes legally unenforceable, it will be removed from these terms without affecting the enforceability of the remainder of them.
5.4) This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
